ELIGIBILITY & BENEFIT SUMMARY
This offers Priority Virtual Appointment Access to engage one-on-one with oncology healthcare providers (HCPs) for up to 15 minutes of their undivided attention. This benefit utilizes your 2026 MOASC Corporate Sponsor Benefit: "Engage one-on-one with healthcare providers that have limited accessibility."
- Rhodium Sponsors: Receive two (2) complimentary virtual registrations per year (Jan 1, 2026 - Dec 31, 2026).
- Platinum Sponsors: Receive one (1) complimentary virtual registration per year (Jan 1, 2026 - Dec 31, 2026).
- All others (non-Rhodium/Platinum) or sponsors whose complimentary registrations have been used: Fee's apply per person.
ATTENDEE POLICY:
- Max 3 company representatives allowed per connect.
- The 1 complimentary registration covers one (1) person.
- Two (2) additional same-company representatives may attend. Fee's apply per person.
- Commercial and/or Medical staff are approved to register.
- Attendance of Specific HCP's is not guaranteed.

ACCOMMODATING HCP WORKLOADS:
To respect the HCPs' busy clinical environment, keep in mind delayed or non responses may occur. Additionally, due to clinical demands video, verbal participation, Q&A interactions, and contact information sharing are completely at their discretion.
