PARTICIPATION DETAILS:
- Only one (1) corporate sponsor will have the opportunity to purchase the “Education, Exhibit, & Presentation forum” package. Email Frontdesk@networkliaison for pricing.

A total of one (1) company representative will be invited to register for the education forum referring to the package mentioned above.

Each individual representative must register separately.

At any given point in time, a maximum of 2 same company representatives will be permitted to participate in the education forum.

EXHIBIT DETAILS:
PRESENTATION DETAILS:
• Corporate partner will have 20 minutes (to include Q&A time) to formally present efficacy & safety data as appropriate.
• One (1) speaker to present important data is ideal, we do NOT recommend sharing presentation time as this may be disruptive
• Screen/LCD/Microphone available upon request
• Industry presenter name and topic for discussion will be added to agenda prior to engagement
ATTENDANCE DETAILS:
• Space is limited; registration operates on a strict first-come, first-served basis. We are unable to make exceptions once capacity is reached.
• A High-quality interaction with an elite group of Hematology Oncology HCP’s.
• All attendees are encouraged to proactively participate in roundtable discussions as appropriate.
• Dinner is included and a list of attendees will be emailed to all registered industry participants.
• 6-8 Hematology & Oncology HCPs plan to be attendance for this intimate roundtable didactic case study-based educational forum.
• Planned HCP attendee list available prior to event upon representative request. Attendance of specific HCP's is not guaranteed.
