Network Liaison is pleased to inform you of the upcoming Melanoma & Skin Symposium, taking place Feb 20, 2027, at Goldberg Auditorium, 2^nd Floor (3855 Health Sciences Drive, San Diego, CA 92027).

This symposium is designed for San Diego dermatologists, medical oncologists, surgical specialists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, registered pharmacists, and researchers. Invitee list includes 75 -100 local and regional HCPs.  Attendance of specific HCPs is not guaranteed.

Participation Details:

• Exhibit Fee: $5,000 ACH (or ($5,150.00 with credit card processing fees, full payment required by December 1, 2026

• Company Representatives: a total of two (2) corporate representatives are invited to register and attend.
• Two (2) complementary registrations for exhibitor representatives with breakfast included
• One high-traffic 6" display table with tablecloth, table setup/breakdown, Wi-Fi,

• Company name/logo recognition on website where medical professionals will register for this symposium.

Attendance Details:

• Space is limited; registration operates on a strict first-come, first-served basis.  We are unable to make exceptions once capacity is reached.
• A High-quality interaction with an elite group of Hematology Oncology, specialty HCP’s.
• All attendees are encouraged to proactively participate in discussions as appropriate.
• Planned HCP attendee list available prior to event upon representative request.
• Badge Requirement: Please wear your company-issued name badge at all times throughout the program for easy identification and venue access.

Executive Summary & Symposium Overview

This exhibition is designed to facilitate strategic engagement between industry partners and a diverse, multidisciplinary audience of healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, medical oncologists, surgical specialists, oncology nurses, pharmacists, and physician assistants. A dedicated interactive forum for San Diego specialists to discuss and review evolving standards of care and connect directly with faculty and community. Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with peers, share best practices, and learn about late-breaking therapeutic advances, novel diagnostic tools, and clinical resources.

Payment Deadline & Late Fee Policy

• Exhibitor payment is due in full no later than December 1 2026. A $500 late fee will apply to any payments received after the program start date. 
• To avoid a late fee and ensure participation, proof of payment (such as a check copy, electronic payment confirmation, or remittance advice) must be submitted by the deadline.
• Please note that exhibit placement and promotional benefits are not guaranteed until full payment and proof of payment are received.
• Kindly provide a copy of your transfer details along with the processing date so we can accurately track and confirm your payment.
